65% Grenache, 15% Marsanne, 10% Clairette, 10% Viognier
The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity by mechanic or handpicked. Harvesting is realised during the night or early in the morning to preserve the freshness.
At reception grape are direct pressed: a light pressing with separation of juices. Alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 18°C. Maturation on lees during 2-6 months.
