75% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 10% Syrah
The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity by mechanic or handpicked. Harvesting is realised during the night or early in the morning to preserve the freshness.
At reception grape are direct pressed. Alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 18°C. Maturation on lees during 2-6 months.
Brillant pink color. Elegant lychee fragrance with white summer fruits bouquet. Full flavoured and refreshing with a crisp finish.
Delicious on its own, great with starters, salads and barbecues.
