Southern Rhône Valley, South of Drôme and North of Vaucluse. Chalky-clay soil on the alluvial plain and stony on the hillside.
Winemaking
60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 5% Mouvèdre, 5% Carignan The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity by mechanic or handpicked. After a total de-stalking, traditional vinification during 15 days with regular pumping-over. Maturation in concrete tank. No fining.
Tasting Note
Red red color. Complex and aromatic with black pepper and blueberry fragrance. Full bodied and consistent with rounded tannins, complex and a rich finish.

Perfect accompaniment to salads, plate of assorted cooked meats, roast dishes and cheese.
