    Southern Rhône Valley, South of Drôme
    Chalky-clay soil on the slope, between 150 and 250m, and alluvial silts in the valley.
  • Winemaking

    Classical grappe variety of the Rhone valley as Marsanne, Roussane, Viognier
    Mecanical harvest at night optimising the aromatic maturity of each grape variety.
    After de-stalking, grapes are softly pressed with pneumatic membrane and the must is then clarified. Juice is fermented in tank at 14°C and aged on fine lees for 3 months.
    The “prise de mousse” is the Charmat Method

    Bright and pale, fine and persistent bubbles in mouth.
    White peach and citrus flowers fragrances
    Elegant and delicate taste, refreshing with a subtle mineral touch and harmonious fruity finish.
